We wanted to break away from the tired tropes of the sector, and create a graphically stunning world with lots of talking points and ‘Easter eggs’ woven in. Our job is to engage, and ensure the brand is front and centre, so we set about creating a tombola world in which art department craft was crucial. Aside from tombola branding on products like cufflinks, sandwiches and trainers, we also painstakingly recreated a seal’s paw to enrich the piece - all to raise ourselves above the distinctly average world of daytime DRTV.
